Contact applabrat@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the issue. Please do not email passwords, sign-in codes, private Journal content or payment-card details.

Premium or a missing purchase

Use Restore purchases on the Premium screen with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the intended LabRats account before restoring. If it still fails, contact support and describe the error shown.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions and choose LabRats. Apple manages billing, renewal and cancellation. You can request an eligible refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Sync and offline records

Local play works offline. With account sync enabled, queued edits upload when the connection returns. Keep the app and its local data until syncing finishes. Do not uninstall the app as a troubleshooting step when you have unsynced records.

Get a copy of your data

In Settings, use “Request a copy of my data” for data stored in your account. The app also offers export options for records saved on your phone. Contact support for help with a data request.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Account → Delete my account and follow the confirmation. This deletes account data held by LabRats. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple’s subscription settings.

Report content or a player

Use the report or block controls where available, or contact support with the public pseudonym and a description of the issue. Avoid including private health information.

Advertising choices

When advertising is enabled, ad privacy choices are available in Settings. Premium includes an ad-free experience. Your Journal, notes, sleep, mood and game scores are not sent to Google for ad targeting.
